Start the day with a steaming cappuccino on the east-facing balcony and watch the first rays of sunlight move across the mountain peaks.

In the evening, settle down on the west-facing balcony and watch the sun go down – and with a little luck, the sound of a concert from the nearby basilica will drift through the evening air.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need – including a dishwasher.

Handy bits and bobs – useful, charming and hopefully completely unnecessary on holiday.

The large retro-style fridge offers plenty of space.

A bed that simply invites you to rest.

Small hand-painted details add a personal touch to the bedroom walls.

Plenty of space to settle in and make yourself comfortable.

The spacious living area has plenty to offer – including a chest filled with all kinds of games.

The entrance area offers plenty of room for jackets and shoes – with a chair and shoehorn to make slipping into your shoes nice and easy.

The bedroom has its own cosy little chill-out corner.

Bedside lights directly above the bed and nightstands with built-in charging points.

The cosy west-facing balcony – peaceful and overlooking the greenery.

The hidden sleeping alcove is always a favourite with children.

A selection of books provides plenty of entertainment when the weather isn’t quite so inviting.

The welcoming entrance area blends naturally into the spacious living room.

The bathroom features natural stone and everything you need – towels, toiletries and soap included.

A generously sized washbasin

A mini oven and Jura coffee machine – already filled with coffee beans to get you started.

And of course, no kitchen would be complete without a toaster and kettle.

Plenty of room to unwind

Our Amselblick is tucked cosily beneath the roof and offers around 70 m² of space to arrive, settle in and switch off.

A lovely home away from home – for couples, families and anyone who likes their holiday just a little more peaceful.

Amselblick is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

The spacious living area includes a cosy double-bed alcove – a little nest for children, teenagers or adults who don’t mind a snug sleeping spot.

The two sofas can also be converted into comfortable, generously sized beds when needed – and of course, we’ll have them ready for you.

The separate bedroom with its large box-spring bed offers plenty of comfort, privacy and storage space for your luggage.

Around 70 m² of living space

The open-plan living area brings together the kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge.

Two sofas invite you to read, relax or spend a cosy evening together. Almost hidden beneath the sloping roof is the charming sleeping alcove with its natural wood double bed – a little nest you might not even notice at first glance.

There is also a separate bedroom, bathroom and not just one but two balconies – morning sunshine in the east and sunset views in the west.

Kitchen & coffee

The kitchen has everything you need: crockery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob and more.

A small oven is perfect for fresh breakfast rolls or an easy meal, while the dishwasher conveniently takes care of the washing-up. We have also thought of the little things: tea towels, washing-up liquid and kitchen roll are all ready for you.

The large retro-style fridge offers plenty of space for your groceries.

And for everyone who likes to start the day with really good coffee, the Jura fully automatic coffee machine is there to make your wish come true.

Bathroom & shower

Our bathroom is bright, individual and equipped with everything you are likely to need during your stay.

Soft hand and bath towels are ready for you, along with a hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, tissues and cleaning supplies.

We want you to arrive and feel at home from the very first moment.

TV, radio & Wi-Fi

After a long day out, when it is time to put your feet up, the Smart TV provides plenty of entertainment. Apps for streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime are available. For music, news or the weather forecast, there is also a small DAB radio.

Our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you easily connected – whether you are browsing, planning your next day out or, if you really have to, getting a little work done.

Families welcome

We want our youngest guests to be comfortable too.

A high-quality, adjustable solid-wood cot by Ehrenkind is available on request. The mattress and bedding have also been carefully chosen with natural materials in mind. A high chair is provided for family mealtimes as well.

That means families with small children can travel with a little less luggage.

Morning sunshine for breakfast. Mountain glow in the evening.

The little breakfast spot on the east-facing balcony is a wonderful place to start the day. Fresh mountain air and the first rays of sunshine – sometimes you really don’t need much more.

In the evening, watch the setting sun from the west-facing balcony and see the landscape wrap itself in a soft velvet cloak.

In between lies an entire holiday day.

Perhaps it will take you up a mountain, to one of the many lakes, cycling through the Alpine foothills – or simply outside with a good book.

Your little nest will be waiting for you.
