Our prices are simple and depend on the length of your stay.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are already included – as is the KÖNIGSCARD, with its many experiences throughout the region.

Simply check when Amselblick or Spatzeneck is available. And if the dates fit, we’d love to hear from you.

Price per apartment & night

Our prices apply to the entire apartment based on occupancy by 2 guests and include the KÖNIGSCARD.

2 guests, from 3 nights: €118 per night
2 guests, from 7 nights: €108 per night
2 guests, from 13 nights: €100 per night

For single occupancy, we offer a discount of €10 per night.

Each additional adult: €36 per night
Children up to 16 years: €24 per night
Dog (only in Amselblick): €12 per night

Our minimum stay is generally 3 nights.

Spatzeneck can also be booked for 1 or 2 nights; for these short stays, we charge an additional €36 short-stay surcharge.

Already included: bed linen, hand and bath towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials, as well as final cleaning.

The additional charge for dogs covers the extra pet cleaning required after your stay.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Up to 4 weeks before arrival: no cancellation fee will be charged. The deposit will be refunded less an administration fee equal to 10% of the total booking price.
  • From 4 weeks before arrival:
    We will do our best to re-let the apartment for the cancelled period. If we are successful, any payments already made will be refunded less an administration fee equal to 10% of the total booking price.
    If the apartment cannot be re-let, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the total booking price.

Tip: To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

The place of performance and jurisdiction is that of the accommodation provider: Amtsgericht Wolfratshausen (Local Court of Wolfratshausen).

Booking conditions

After receiving your enquiry, we will send you a provisional booking confirmation.

Your booking becomes binding once we have received the 20% deposit, which should be paid within 7 days.

If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Arrival & departure

  • Arrival: from 2:00 pm – other times can be arranged individually
  • Departure: please vacate the apartment by 10:30 am at the latest

Payment

  • A 20% deposit is payable by bank transfer or PayPal within 7 days of receiving your booking confirmation.
    Please note: If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • The remaining 80% balance is due no later than 2 days before arrival by bank transfer or PayPal. Alternatively, the balance may be paid in cash on arrival.

Your stay & apartment facilities
  • Daily housekeeping is not provided.
  • Final cleaning is included in the price. We nevertheless kindly ask you to treat the furniture and apartment facilities with care.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Guests who smoke are welcome to do so on the balconies or outside the house. Please always use the ashtrays provided..

Dogs
Dogs are in the flat Amselblick very welcome by prior arrangement.

The charge is €12 per dog per day. A dog blanket and bowl are provided. This charge covers the additional pet cleaning required after departure.

As we have three huskies ourselves, we kindly ask that visiting dogs are friendly and well socialised.
