At Spatzeneck, you’ll be staying in one of the quietest corners of our house. Soft olive tones create a wonderfully natural atmosphere – and even on warm summer days, the apartment remains pleasantly cool.

From the bedroom, you can step straight out onto the large balcony: breathe in the fresh air, look out into nature and simply linger for a while.

We love lots of homemade decorations to create a cosy atmosphere.

The high-quality sofa bed can be converted into a comfortable double bed in a single simple step. A good night’s sleep is important to us.

Lamps that not only provide light but also create a cosy atmosphere.

A large chest of drawers, hanging rails and shelves provide plenty of storage space. And a special mini-library offers reading material.

The soundproof sliding door ensures privacy in the bedroom.

Small details create a cosy atmosphere on the balcony in the evening.

The entrance area has a coat rack – plenty of space for jackets and shoes.

The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped – including, of course, a dishwasher.

A room that offers so much, whether for cooking, cosy get-togethers or sleeping. With plenty of space to move around.

The flat stays cool even on hot days, and if it really gets too much, simply switch on the fan in the ceiling light.

The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need, from towels and toiletries to a hairdryer. The narrow chest of drawers offers plenty of space for your toiletries.

The dining area comfortably seats up to six people. In the tall cupboard, you’ll find games and all sorts of information about our local area.

Watching TV is great fun in bad weather or on a ‘chill-out day’. You can flick through the channels from the comfort of an armchair or whilst lying in bed.

There are plenty of windows that let in light and fresh air. Of course, they are all fitted with fly screens and blackout curtains.

Even when the sofa is converted into a double bed, the room remains comfortable to use in every area.

The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need, from towels and toiletries to a hairdryer; the chest of drawers offers plenty of space for your belongings.

The bedroom also has storage space with shelves and a clothes rail. A special valet stand helps prevent clothes from piling up, even whilst on holiday.

Rooms in shades of green that change throughout the day or depending on the weather, radiating a cosy warmth.

A touch of cottage charm

Soft shades of green, white panelling, warm solid-wood furniture and parquet flooring give our Spatzeneck its very own character.

At around 45 m², the apartment combines cosy living with modern comforts and plenty of thoughtful details. Almost seamlessly, a sliding door blends into the living area. Behind it lies the separate bedroom with a large king-size bed – wonderfully peaceful and pleasantly tucked away.

Spatzeneck is ideal for 2 adults and up to 2 children.

The separate bedroom features a large king-size bed with plenty of room. Sound-insulating sliding doors separate the bedroom from the living area and provide extra peace and privacy.

In the living room, the large and comfortable sofa can be converted into an additional bed when needed – and of course, we’ll have it ready for you.

Around 45 m² of living space

The bright living and dining area is the heart of Spatzeneck.

Soft green tones meet white panelling, solid-wood furniture and warm parquet flooring. Together they create an atmosphere reminiscent of a cosy English cottage – only here, you’re right in the heart of the Bavarian Alpine foothills.

The living area, dining space and kitchen flow naturally into one another and offer plenty of room to spend time together.

Kitchen & coffee

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll appreciate having to hand on holiday: crockery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle and a three-zone ceramic hob.

The oven with AirFryer function is perfect for fresh breakfast rolls, crispy snacks or a quick meal. Afterwards, the dishwasher takes care of the washing-up.

And of course, good coffee is part of the experience too: the Jura fully automatic coffee machine takes care of your coffee wishes in the morning – and whenever else you fancy one.

Bathroom & shower

The bathroom is bright, individual and equipped with everything you need during your stay.

The wash area, shower and WC are ready for you, along with hand and bath towels, a hairdryer, soap and the little everyday essentials.

TV, radio & Wi-Fi

For a cosy evening or a quiet break in between adventures, a TV and radio are available.

Our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you easily connected – whether you’re planning your next day out, browsing online or, if you really have to, getting a little work done.

Perfect for a little getaway

Spatzeneck is made for couples or friends who would like to spend a few peaceful days in the Alpine foothills – whether for a long weekend, a spontaneous short break or simply a little time away.

And the apartment offers everything you’ll appreciate if a few days happen to turn into a few weeks.

Morning and evening – a view into nature

The spacious balcony is a wonderfully peaceful place to start the day, with fresh air and birdsong. Perhaps with a coffee, perhaps with a long breakfast – and definitely without any need to hurry.

Then a whole holiday day lies ahead: out in the mountains, by one of the many lakes, cycling through the Alpine foothills – or simply enjoying a game like Scrabble on the balcony.

Sometimes, you really don’t need much.

Just a favourite place.
